* If your drone is over 249g you must register it with the FAA.

3. Remote Identifcation *

* If your drone is over 249g and its registered with the FAA, it must transmit remote identification while flying in the national airspace. Use the search field to search for your model aircraft.

If you do not find your model, you must purchase a RID Broadcast Module!

* Local Agencies Can Regulate Takeoff/Landing/Operation Points. They cannot regulate airspace commerce, or operation of UAS under Florida State Law: 330.41   Airspace Is Only Regulated by the FAA Not Local,Political Subdivisions OR State Law.

* Do not fly around manned aircraft, as its unsafe and illegal to do so; doing so puts first responders in danger and may delay necessary requests.
