* Local Agencies Can Regulate Takeoff/Landing/Operation Points. They cannot regulate airspace commerce, or operation of UAS under Florida State Law: 330.41 Airspace Is Only Regulated by the FAA Not Local,Political Subdivisions OR State Law.
* Do not fly around manned aircraft, as its unsafe and illegal to do so; doing so puts first responders in danger and may delay necessary requests.
